Go deep in Japan’s legendary powder where it snows hard nearly every day!
You will need your fattest skis and possibly some breathing apparatus. Japan is a cultural experience with memories for the rest of your life.
February 2 -12 2025
This incredible trip starts at Sapporo CTS airport and travels to Rusutsu Resort where we are based for 3 days in luxury ski in ski out accommodation. We will guide you around Rusutsu which offers great tree skiing and open powder fields.
We then head to Kiroro resort another gem of deep snow skiing on Hokkaido with amazing side country access from the lifts. Again we stay in 5 star accommodation offering ski in ski out and amazing dining and facilities.
These are our warm ups before heading in to three days of cat skiing.
We will travel 2 hours SW of Niseko to Shimamaki on the Karibayama mountain range beside the Sea of Japan. We will spend 3 days private cat skiing with Hokkaido Back Country staying in a local family owned seaside residence. Each day our guides will pick us up and take us cat skiing inside the stunning national park. We are the only people skiing the entire terrain. We wrap up our tour travelling to the bright lights of Niseko where you have the option of an extra free ski day.
We have our final night celebrating the incredible cultural cuisine and ski experience with everyone before heading back to CTS airport with memories to last a life time.
Price for 2025 trip approximately $14,000 US. $3000 deposit to hold place.
