The Ultimate Hokkaido Cat Skiing Powder Experience

Itinerary:
This year our Japan tour will be venturing to new ski areas as well as revisiting the renowned HBC cat skiing in Shimamaki two times giving 6 days private cat skiing on this two week safari.
This incredible trip offering you the best untouched Japow starts at Sapporo CTS airport where you will be picked up and taken to Rusutsu resort for our warm up days.
On the February 8 we will change locations to the tiny fishing village of Shimamaki on the South West coast of Hokkaido. Here we will move into the family run Yansa residence overlooking the harbor and the Sea of Japan.
We will meet our guides from Hokkaido Backcountry Club who will take us in to the Karibayama mountain range in a remote national park to cat ski for the next 3 days. This is largest cat skiing terrain in Japan. We will be the only group skiing the area.
On the evening of the 11th we will head to Niseko for 3 days skiing the 5 areas on the volcano and enjoy the bright lights of the town, before heading back in to Shimamaki for 3 more days of private Cat skiing in the deep Hokkaido powder.
We will leave Shimamaki for the second time on February 17th exhausted and exhilarated after 11 days of skiing mainly in the solitude of your fellow companions on this tour. We wrap up our tour travelling to the bright lights of Niseko where you have the option of an extra free ski day.
Price for 2027 trip $13*- 20,000 US. $3000 deposit to hold place.
